At Stylino BD, we are committed to delivering your favorite beauty products quickly and securely.
Delivery time
- Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of confirmation.
- Typical delivery: 2 days in Chittagong; 2–3 days in Dhaka; 3–5 days Outside.
Shipping fees
- Chittagong ৳70; Dhaka ৳80; Outside ৳120.
- Free delivery may apply on qualifying orders (see the cart free-shipping nudge and checkout quote). Exact charge is confirmed at checkout for your delivery area.
Order tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you can follow status updates from your account or the order tracking page. Staff may also share a tracking note by phone or message.
How delivery works
- Order the product and confirm Cash on Delivery at checkout.
- You will receive an order confirmation.
- Wait for your order to arrive within the delivery window above.
- Receive your order from the delivery person and inspect it on the spot.
Return policy
We strive to ensure that you receive your order in perfect condition. However, if you encounter any issues, please follow these steps:
Check your order upon delivery
- You must inspect the package in front of the delivery person. Ensure the products match your order and are free from damage.
If there's an issue
- If you notice any damage, defect, or incorrect items, inform the delivery person immediately.

Returning the product
- Hand the problematic item(s) back to the delivery person.
- Ensure that the product is returned in its original condition and packaging.
Refund or replacement
- Once we receive the returned product, our team will review the issue.
- We will process a replacement or refund (as per your preference) within 7–10 working days.
Important notes
- Returns are only accepted if the product is checked and returned in front of the delivery person.
- Any claims made after the delivery person leaves may not be eligible for return or replacement.
